Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum for Eye Lash & Eye Brow

Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum-Does It Work?-Review

What is Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum?

We review Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum which, as the name implies,  has been formulated to enhance the appearance of your eyelashes and brows. Unlike many other eyelash serums on the market, this one is not intended to prevent or reduce eye lash loss or thinning; nor to promote the growth of hair (remembering that eyelashes and eyebrows are made from hair).

According to the manufacturer, the product was shown to result in an improvement in the lashes of all 30 women involved in a clinical trial, over a period of just two weeks.

Ingredients & How It Works

Interestingly, and somewhat worryingly, Elizabeth Arden does not reveal exactly what this eyelash and brow serum contains. All we were able to establish is that it contains the manufacturer’s “exclusive” triple peptide complex (but we do not know which peptides); and this is boosted by unspecified vitamins, botanicals (plant extracts) and lash conditioners.

Instructions

Using Of Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum is pretty straightforward: simply remove all your eye makeup and ensure your eyes are clean and dry. Then, using the application brush, apply the serum in a thin line on your eyelid along the lash line. Move the applicator from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.

In order to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients, Elizabeth Arden recommends that you apply a small amount of the product to a small area of skin on your forearm near the inner side of your elbow. You should repeat this for three days and if you do not experience any itching, burning, redness or swelling, it should be safe to apply the serum to the delicate skin of your eyelid.

If you have undergone any aggressive skin treatment – laser resurfacing, dermabrasion, chemical skin peels and so on – you should wait 7 to 10 days before applying Of Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum.

A 13 fl oz tube of   Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum costs $100. In addition,  you could qualify for free 2-day shipping if you place an order for $150 or more.

Our Review Summary Of Elizabeth Arden Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum

Elizabeth Arden indicates that its Prevage Clinical Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum will work for every woman who uses it. This is great news – but you should bear in mind that the clinical trial referred to in order to make this claim involved just 30 women. We were unable to locate the actual trial report to verify these claims to ascertain how the results were evaluated.

Nevertheless, Elizabeth Arden is a well-respected name in the cosmetic industry internationally and would like to keep it that way. The company, therefore, has a relatively liberal returns policy, so it should be easy enough to obtain a refund if you are dissatisfied with the product.

That said, we were somewhat disturbed that this manufacturer was not more transparent with the content of the serum.
