Unfortunately, the amount of coffee bean extract is only 100 mg per tablespoon, which is such a low amount compared to what the research says which states that the optimum number of milligrams per day should be 1600.

Unfortunately, user reviews of this product are less promising about its ultimate effectiveness. Our chief concern is that with only 100 mg of Chlorogenic Acid in each tablespoon of the product, even if you are taking a tablespoon of this product three times a day with each meal, it falls way short of the recommended daily requirement for optimum weight loss effects.
Additionally, the manufacturer’s website offered very little information about the product, how it works, and why it is the better product for consumers to choose. This is surprising based on the number of products in the marketplace that do a fairly decent job explaining why, for example, 1600 mg of Chlorogenic Acid a day is desirable in this type of product. And many products now come with satisfaction guarantees even up to a year, which inspires confidence for consumers - certainly way more than a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
