Zeasorb Antifungal Powder - Does It Work?-Review
What is Zeasorb AntiFungal Powder?
In this review of Zeasorb Athlete's Foot Antifungal Powder, we analyze its efficiency as a starch-free powder which gets down to the root of the problem when it comes to fighting fungal infection. With a 2 percent concentrate of Miconazole Nitrate, Zeasorb AntiFungal Powder absorbs the moisture of the affected area to combat the infection while relieving the common symptoms associated with Athlete’s Foot such as the persistent itching, inflammation, painful chafing and scaling of the skin. This product is said to be easy-to-use and has long-lasting results.
Ingredients & How It Works
- Miconazole Nitrate
Athlete’s foot is caused by a fungus by the name of Tinea. Tinea requires a host that is able to provide it with an environment that is warm and moist to enable it to spread and grow on the feet of their host. Miconazole Nitrate is an azole antifungal which incorporates two mechanisms of attack. Miconazole Nitrate’s primary mechanism is the hindrance and disruption of the DNA replication of the fungus. By targeting the synthesis of membrane lipids, the fungus is unable to repair itself or create another functioning Tinea fungus. The second mechanism of attack would be the altering of moisture levels of the infections preferred environment.Together, these mechanisms disable the fungal infection. Although it must be stated that with the active ingredient at a concentration of only 2%, we fear that the concentration of the active ingredient might be far too low.

Our Review Summary Of Zeasorb AntiFungal Powder
We liked that this starch-free product which may relieve the Athlete’s Foot sufferer from redness, scaling and chafing. The product is also very cost-effective at only $3.06 per ounce. However, whether a product is guaranteed or not says a lot about the faith installed in it by the Manufacturer. This certainly is an issue because if the manufacturer is not confident in their product, how can the consumer be? We are disappointed in the fact there is a very low concentration of its main active ingredient Miconazole Nitrate as we believe that if an ingredient is effective and clinically proven safe, why not strengthen the concentration in the product as leading brands have at least a 25% concentration in their products.
